The rinse aid fill cap was broken and found at the bottom of washer. The Escutcheon was unreadable.
I put the fill cap and gave it a turn. I peeled the unreadable Escutcheon off and sealed the new one in place.

Water leaking from bottom left of door
This was a simple repair that fixed a leak that had been troubling us for years. The service guy who came and looked at it had fixed other things, and then mentioned by the way that our rinse aid fill cap wasn't fitting quite well. He promised to order a replacement but never did. I finally looked it up here and read other peoples' review s that the tank is actually the usual culprit and I'm so glad i did! The dishwasher works flawlessly now. You have to remove the seven philips-head screws on the back of the door. The tank kit came with clear instructions on what to do next. The tricky thing is positioning the spring right. Just take it patiently and follow the instructions step by step, no matter how simple they may seem. Make sure you look at the diagrams closely to position things exactly as they show, and you'll be set.
