two broken shocks and broken belt
You turn the washer around and remove the back panel. The shocks are a little tedious to remove, the shocks have a plastic plug instead of a bolt, so they have a notch at one end that sticks up to keep them from falling out, you have to hold that down to remove the plug. e socket will push the plug through the shock and frame. The belt goes on while you turn the big pulley and goes in place because of the grooved motor pulley. The only issue is you include two shocks in each order, I thought it was one so I bought two orders, now I have two extra shocks!
