Piece of plastic broke off of Ice Actuator - ice wouldn't come out of freezer
My husband and I followed the directions on the installation video. They were pretty good, but the man in the video made it look like popping out the ice tray in step one was easy. It was not. By far, this was the hardest part. We were both yanking at the darn thing together, used a putty knife, butter knife and fingers to FINALLY pry

it out. Everything else was pretty easy. Oh, and fair warning. Be sure when removing the broken actuator to put it in another far off location. We ended up accidentally putting the busted piece back on. Didn't notice until clean up so we actually got to do the whole repair all over again.

ice wouldn't come out the dispenser door
I had my Son fix it. He unscrewed 6 screws and replaced it very quickly. A little piece of plastic broke off. Having taken the piece off already, it was very fast to put the new one on. Under 15 minutes. He had me hold the little door out of his way while screwing in one of the screws. Thanks for supplying the part.

ice actuator would not dispense ice as the little lever on it was broken off thats pushes on the ice actuator switch
The repair was fairly easy , however mine didn't have the same wire harness as the video showed, and there isn't much room when pulling out the water line and especially putting in back in, but after a few deep breathes I was successful and all is working great, so thanks guys I appreciate the instruction video and the correct parts.

had trouble getting the water tube reinstalled
Using a small Philips screwdriver inserted through the opening placed tube over the blade and used it to guide the tube through the hole.

Ice Actuator would not function and could not get ice cubes.
Moved refrigerator away from where is set and unplugged it for safety. Removed front panel and disconnected plug-in connector by lifting lock tab and pulling it apart. Then removed top series of screws holding mechanism in place. Finally moved bottom series of screws after removing drip pan. These screws were slightly rusted and oiled th

em before reinstallation. Next removed electrical connector by lifting locking tab and pulling it apart. Entire panel with broken part is now in my hand. Removed tabs holding pivot arms (one was broken off) and removed part. Reinserted new part by placing upper control pins on top of actuating levers designed onto part. Secured two arms into slots with tabs previously removed. Then reassembled electrical connectors. Tabs naturally locked into place . Fastened top three screws, then bottom screws now lubricated. Inserted water line through opening with pliers. Almost fit naturally onto place! Installed front panel. Ice maker had locked up with long delay in obtaining part before we determined where to get it! Ordering part was easy with model number of Refridgerater. It arrived in two days. Cleared ice jam by removing entire container and melted ice jam. Reinstalled box and added fresh Ice. Tested it and it worked fine. Saved $$$ in the process! Thanks!

broken ice maker actuator
Just like the video, except my circuit board did not have a harness connector for easy unplugging. My solution was to reinforce the circuit ribbon with nylon strapping tape so the circuit ribbon would not be damaged as it hung from its plastic trim. I did want to commend for their You Tube videos which make it possible for me to take on
