Leaky bearing in the bottom of the jar
You sent me the wrong part - some electrical switch - not the bearing I ordered. I got a RFP and sent it back at my expense. I put instructions in the box to get me the correct part but was never contacted. You did credit me the item cost, but not the shipping cost in either direction. Your customer service does not answer the phone a nd the chat doesn't work either. You don't have customer service. I ordered the part from a competitor and all went well. You still owe me the shipping in both directions and I will do the unkind social media thing until I see the credit. I am in the legal business and charge $450 per hour. So far, I figure I am out well over $500 due to your nonexistent customer service.
