This is a 20 volt electric chain saw,it has no carburetor. when looking at this cap it looks like the oil cap for the LCS1020 saw that I have,am wondering if the oil pump bulb comes in the oil cap as pictured

Does it come with the rubber piece in the cap? I ordered one from another website and it was just a plastic cap without the rubber piece so the cap was useless to me, so the question is does the cap come just as pictured?
