Hub Gear

I purchased a complete set of replacement gears for my Kitchen Aid mixer using the parts guide on the site. All parts arrived promptly, packaged well, and fit correctly. Repair was simple and straightforward, I recommend paying close attention to the assembly order during disassembly to assist in the reassembly. No lube available :(, so I ordered food grade grease from the "big A". All told, I am back and running, making bread and mixing dough just like before. Much, much, cheaper than a new mixer!! Thanks you Fix.com!!

i was making a batch of dough too big for my kitchen aid and blew out these two gears- they fit and worked properly, and the service was excellent. received my parts in a few days without any problems.

After removing the old grease (contaminated with metal chunks and particles) replacing the gear and using new grease, it runs like new. I assume the gears were cut well because it is just as quiet as when it was new.

Perfect replacement part, the repair was easy to do and shipping was fairly fast. I got the part number from the damaged gear and found the part online. Will use fix.com again if I need a repair part. First time satisfied customer.
