How to replace this gasket ? My EC155 is leaking outside of the metal support.

I also found 2 plastic semi circle pieces in the place where the gasket sits. They are about 1.5 inches long. I am not sure if they broke off the gasket or something else or are they a separate part that does not show up on part diagrams.
