Is this part compatible with the Breville Barista Express 870. (BES870XL)? Numbers I see on my old thermostat are: 36TH21 505221 L184 - 20C Z1829

Hi. I was having issues with the Breville Barista Express it was not heating the water hot enough. I ordered the Thermocoil Comp Assembly part and am waiting for it to arrive. I was going to put it back together until the part was delivered (part was on time to arrive but FedEx is saying it will be next week). After putting it back together and plugging it in, when I hit the power switch something inside popped and also tripped the GFCI outlet. So, I checked everything and found that the bottom switch (or thermostat? its not he top thermostat, but at the bottom of the thermocoil. I found that the two wire leads were twisted and obviously they shorted out. I unwound them and they look connected and fine. Tried to turn it on but nothing. So I went back in to check again. When I wiggled those wires, one of them came off. My question is, would the Thermocoil Comp part have this part? Could this have caused something else to fail like a fuse or something?

This part says it is not for the BES870XL. After much research and part number deciphering I determined it is the same. The given fix say you have to replace the whole thermocoil but you cannot get that part.
