How do I separate the spool from the outer housing cap?
For model number GH3000

Hello Susan, thank you for writing. We have an install story for the cap so just reverse it for the spool. Install your new cap assembly by aligning the tabs with the slots on the spool housing and snap the cap on by depressing the tabs and pressing it into the spool housing.
