After viewing the tutorial on You Tube,we found it easy. I ordered the part (glass in frame) from fix.com The glass was here in a few days. We were planning on doing this ourselves but couldn't get the door off. Turns out, there were door locks put on from when we had the kitchen remodeled. We had a company in our town do this job.
... Read more It was the first time that our service tech encountered the door locks. It costs 75.00. This wall oven is only 3 years old and General Electric only offers a 1 year warranty, they weren't much help. GE referred A&E,which we didn't choose to do this job.
