The instructions with your notice of shipping email were helpful with two caveats: the tool necessary to remove the "fasteners" (screws) affixing the assembly to the rack is a Torx screwdriver, NOT an allen wrench; the cheap plastic wheels on the new assembly are riveted, not screwed, in place, so saving any leftover unbroken cheap plasti ... Read more c wheel from the old assembly serves no purpose. That said, the cheap plastic wheels on the new assembly appear less vulnerable to breaking.

Had to order full assemblies since the rollers themselves were not available. Unfortunately the assemblies did not match the broken parts and would not fit the racks in question. The Site said the mfr. changed parts mid-run and the parts supplied were the mfr's substitution.They promised to refund the purchase price and shipping and, bett ... Read more er yet, gave me the original part number and contact information for another recommended supplier. That supplier had the right parts but quoted a price twice that of the site . Since we would have paid for parts that were proven to fail, we elected to replace dishwasher instead. Kudos nonetheless.

Replacing these parts was dead simple. Getting the top rack off was the trickiest part because I didn't immediately see how to remove the track stops. They were hinged in a funky way. If you have the same kind of track stops (I'm assuming they're factory), you can push, from the outside of the track, on the plastic tab that sticks thro ... Read more ugh the slot on the track. After I got the track stops off, replacing the "rack adjuster with wheels" was as easy as removing the five torx-head screws on the old part, and putting in the new part. It was an exact match. The door latch was almost as easy. I unscrewed the (again) torx-head screws on the inside of the door, and I was able to lift up the panel far enough to get at the broken latch without having to remove the entire panel.
