lower rack wheel broke off of rack
I took out the lower rack, removed the broken wheel (it was zip tied on until we received the new one), and the new one snapped on. No tools required! Super easy

Lower tray wheels fell off and burned on the heating element
Replaced wheels with Maytag replacement part. Wheels snap on by inserting at the front of the dishwasher tray.
