Getting the helix end cap on was difficult. held it in bench vise to work it in place. no instructions as to any way to perform the task, it became trial and error. Read more t help.Local Maytag dealer would not touch it. Said it was to expensive time wise to mess with it. I bought the parts spent two hours of my time and I have a working ice machine again.
