Tub wheel axles had broken over time, leaving top rack unsupported
The repair itself was simple and done exactly in the way shown in the YouTube video. Once the dishwasher sides were exposed, the old tub wheel assemblies were easily unscrewed and replaced. The biggest difficulty was getting the built in dishwasher unit remounted and balanced, but all that was really needed beside basic tools was a li ttle patience.
