Door

We are beyond not handy! Let me start there first-so I have a couple of kids and on a constant visit to my dryer, the dryer door would not close (I really think my husband broke it-he closes the door too hard) and we discovered that the pinch (door latch) was not securing to the dryer and therefore we could not dry clothes until repaired. ... Read more My husband (using a screw driver) removed the dryer door and I jumped on the computer to see if we could order a new door (I figured this is cheaper than getting a whole new dryer) and I found PartSelect! I did order the door (thinking this would be the whole piece) oops! I do have to say PartSelect made it easy entering in our dryer model and even provided a diagram (so I should have noticed I was only getting the dryer shell). When the incorrect part by my mistake arrived.....it inspired my husband to take the screws out of the door shell and the door insert part to actually get to the door latch (the part sold for 3.89.....and we overnighted the right part and installation was a snap and some screws to reattach the door! The site does need an authorization to return the incorrect part we ordered but this all went smoothly! Will definitely use this site again!
