This switch is designed to turn the surface element on and off, as well as control the temperature setting. The control knob fits onto the mental shaft and allows you to operate the switch. To successfully replace this switch you will need a nut driver and a screwdriver. This switch is sold individually. Before you begin replacing this part unplug your appliance.
