Drain Pump- 60Hz 120V

First I replaced the check valve, no luck! Then I replaced the drain pump, worked twice, then failed. Next found kinks in drain hose, replaced it, no luck! Finally found a check valve in the factory installed drain line, couldn't access check valve so I got really long needle nose so as to be able to reach to the check valve, found a smal ... Read more l piece if plastic clogging the valve! I removed it and finally my dishwasher is working! I guess a manual would be helpful. It was great that I can get parts and instructions on replacing them otherwise this could have been even more of a costly repair! While a repairman tries to figure if out!!

Followed the repair video provided on web site for the part that needed to be replaced. The video and instructions were very clear and straightforward. The replacement process was exactly the way it was described in their video. Dishwasher works fine and the repair was a complete success.

I turned off the water and disconnected the water line and drain line to the dishwasher. Next I took the two screws out of the countertop in front of the dishwasher that keeps the dishwasher from tilting forward when opening the door. Then I took plyers and turned the clamp out of the way. Then I depressed the locking tab and turned the drain pump counter clockwise and removed the pump. It was an easy job.
