Washer would not drain. All electronics worked chiming worked so I knew something was wrong with the pump.
I pulled out the washing machine after I had drained out all washer water left in the bottom of the washer, then I found the old pump, unscrewed it, and unhooked it. I looked inside the old pump and saw that the flanges were indeed damaged. All I did then was installed the new pump and then hook it up. I plugged the machine in and ran a small load. It's been working like a charm ever since. I really can't believe how easy it was. Very very happy with this site . Will definitely use again and recommend.

noise in pump mode. Broken impellar from foreign object. out of balance when pumping.
very easy to install new pump. Hardest part was pulling machine out from cabinet. Use a shop vac. to pull excess water from pump and hoses.

My machine would not drain and was giving an error code
Took off the back panel, slid the hoses off the drain pump, unscrewed the bracket that was holding the drain pump, unscrewed the drain pump from the bracet, placed the new drain pump on the bracket, replaced the bracket, replaced the hoses, turned on the machine and everything is working wonderfully. It's great to be able to do full load s again. Thank you

drain pump replaced
Removed the back panel then three nuts that held the drain to a plate attached to the floor of the washer. It made things easier to work on. The new drain has a plastic attachment that the hose attaches to, i had to remove and use the old plastic because the new one would not fit the floor plate. Once i got that transferred to the new mo tor and attached to the plate it went easy from there - just attach the hoses.
