Took the door from the bracket and installed the new parts it was very easy.

Top thimble had broken, door was sagging
Remove top hinge cover, remove the three screws holding the hinge to the top of the refrigerator with 5/16 nut driver. Removed old broken plastic thimble with a pick. Replaced the thimble with the new one. Re-install upper hinge, replace cover, job completed. Didn't have to remove the door, did everything in place.
