At first, the thought of repairing my washer was intimidating; I'm not mechanically inclined in the least. But, I found a video on the site and watched it several times before trying repairs. The only issue I had, and it was a minor one, was to remove the inside "green stem" that holds the control knobs in place. I needed needle-nose pliers to get it out, but all worked out in the end. All in all, the repair was very easy.
