dryer was making loud noise
This unit is a front loader so the removal of parts is a bit different than what is shown on the video.Unplug the power. You need to remove the top panel, bottom front panel, top front control panel, and the front door. That part is the hardest to maneuver due to its awkward weight. Once all is removed (nutdriver takes out all the screws

) and wires disconnected, lift entire drum out. That gives you access to the idler pulley and ring. This also affords you the ability to clean out areas you could not access during normal cleaning. Then replace the belt reconnect it to the ideler pulley after putting drum back in place (this takes 2 people so one can hold drum steady to reconnect the belt) . Then put it all back together. As mentioned, watch the you tube video on this website first, and alter the process depending on if a front or top load dryer. Make sure the dryer is balanced once finished

Broken Belt
Repair parts have been discontinued. The belt is still the same as the old one. Your video didn't work on my computer, but another youtube video did. Nothing to it.

Loud rhythmic clunking noise
Repaired by watching the great instruction video on this website and following the instructions. We probably didn't need the belt, but thought while everything was out, we might as well replace it. Ordered parts afternoon of 12/26 and arrived by fedex ground on 1/2.

Dryer belt broke.
Disassembled the dryer got the old belt with part number on it and ordered a new belt from this site. The web site was very easy to use and the new belt arrived quickly. I put the new belt around the drum and the motor pulley with the spring tensioner and re-assembled the dryer.
