Our jar adapter is disintegrating and needs replacing, but I can't remove the coupler to get to it. How do I remove the coupler? Thanks in advance.

Hello David, thank you for the question. According to our research, you have to hold the screwdriver in the base and turn the coupler with the wrench to remove the coupler. We hope this helps!
