This is a genuine manufacturer approved replacement part for use in Char-Broil RED Infrared Urban and Gourmet Grills. To ensure this part is compatible with your Grill, please see the "Model Cross Reference List" below. The Trough attaches to the frame and creates a heat barrier between the propane tank and the firebox. It has approximate dimensions of 18"W x 17"L x 3"H and is made of durable metal. If your Trough is broken, cracked, or missing, it needs to be replaced. Each is sold individually, and may also be called a Heat Sheild.
