Serial no gl900345k. Our microwave works excels we cannot see the display screen. We can see the flashing bottom part where it says oven, demo locked turn etc but nothing above. Can you suggest the part that will fix this for us? Thanks so much.

Hi Bradee, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the relay board, part number FIX12725850. If this is not causing the issue then you may need to replace the display control board, part number FIX12725850, to fix the issue. We hope this helps!
