This means we do not keep them in stock and order them in from Makita once we have an order for one. As long as Makita has stock ready to ship, this takes about 10-15 Business Days for the part to arrive at the Warehouse and approximately 3-7 business days to ship out and arrive to you. Hi How do I install the new replacement switch hpahr2-3s
For model number 9207spb
Hi Don, thank you for asking. We have found some relevant instructions for you to install the switch. This may not be of the exact same model, but will help you with the process. You may follow the following steps:
1. Remove the screws from the handle cover.
2. Make a wiring diagram.
3. Remove the switch from the handle.
4. Remove the cord clamp.
5. Disconnect the wires from the old switch.
6. Connect the wires to the new switch, and screw the switch and cord clamp to the handle.
7. Replace the handle cover.
8. Remove the brush caps.
9. Remove the old brushes.
10. Install the new brushes.
11. Replace the brush caps.
