Product Description

This is a vented natural gas valve for your gas stove and fireplace. The valve controls the flow of gas to the pilot assembly, meaning it provides the gas needed to light the pilot. If the pilot flame goes out, it stops releasing gas. If your valve is not working in your unit, it will be difficult to get it running, or to keep it running. It has a multifunctional gas control with a single operating knob (OFF, pilot, ON) and includes an automatic shut-off valve. It is a sit 820 series, with a 3/8-inch inlet/outlet. It requires a thermopile and thermocouple for operation. This is a natural gas valve, for use ONLY in vented appliances. Your appliance needs this part to ignite.
