My dryer was a Roper RGX3514PQ0 and was making a horrendous noise that sounded like there was a pair of fighting cats while it was running. The maintenance kit did fix the noise and was easy to do. The video on the parts page answered all of my questions. So the good is that for ~50 bucks my dryer sounds as good as new. My only complaint is that only two of the tri-rings came in the kit, and it clearly shows I should have had 4. Fortunately I was able to make do, but if those tri rings were the problem I would of been screwed. That being said, the fix was easy and cheap enough to where I would still recommend buying the maintenance kit, but maybe spend the extra 12 bucks to get some extra tri rings and do a thorough job. The tri rings are also easy to bend out of shape while putting on for inexperience do it your selfers, so probably a better idea to have extra anyway.

My belt broke so I decided to get this kit and rebuild everything. Glad I did. Dryer runs a lot quieter and smoother now. Shipping was very fast which was greatly appreciated.

The maintenance kit included new rollers, idler pulley and drum belt. All parts were of high quality and fit perfectly. I will definitely use Fix.com for future repair parts.

The parts came as ordered, neatly contained in a sealed plastic bag. Quality seemed on par with the parts I was replacing. Shipping was timely (ordered Monday morning, delivered Thursday afternoon). The paper instructions that came with the kit were “eh”, but the video on the website was worth its weight in gold.

One of the wheels was wearing away and causing the drum to make a lot of noise when running. I changed all the parts in the kit as a preventative maintenance measure. It was easy once I watched the video. Thanks!
