This is an authentic drum support roller kit for 29-inch-wide dryers. It includes 1 belt, 2 roller wheels and an idler pulley. The parts in this kit allow the dryer to tumble properly by supporting the drum cylinder. The idler pulley provides the tension needed for a multi-ribbed belt. The belt attaches to the drum, idler pulley, and motor pulley. If these parts are damaged, it could cause loud noises such as squeaking and squealing while the drum is turning. These are normal wear parts and are best replaced as a kit to ensure optimal performance.

I just replaced the maintenance package. Put back together and pushed start. I can feel the heat but the drum is still not spinning. When I took apart I inspected old parts and one of the wheels was worn and flat in spots. What is the next step? What else could it be?

Hi Scottie,
Thank you for your question. If one of the rollers worn or damaged, it will need to be replaced. The part number for the drum support roller kit is FIX347627. We hope this helps!
My dryer heats but doesn’t spin. I’ve ALREADY replaced all parts with the maitnace package. What would I check next?
For model number WED4815ew1
Hello Scottie, thank you for your question. If you have a noticeable lack of drum movement during the drying cycle, try physically rotating the drum by hand to reveal the extent of the issue. A properly functioning dryer drum should move relatively easily — if you find it hard to turn the drum manually, the Drum FIX11772901 may have seized.
Hello Edmond, thank you for contacting us. The issue is caused by a damaged belt, worn-out rollers, or a defective pulley. The most likely solution is to replace the maintenance kit, part number FIX373087. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!

I bought the maintenance kit which included the belt, roller wheels & tensioning arm assembly. The instruction video was great, but I had a real problem trying to get the belt through the tensioning arm and on to the motor pulley. As someone else has pointed out, It seem that you need three hands, and there's not enough room for two peo

This was easily accomplished with only two hands. The belt was then easily threaded through the arm and put around the motor pulley. The wood bits were then removed. TA-DA!
Following the instructions supplied, threading the new belt was easy. Support rollers installed really easily and the new idler pulley just snaps in. It was a good time to vacuum the interior, since the door panel was off, and to vacuum out the vent pipe. The instructions call for a small putty knife as a "shoe horn", to seat the rear dru

Watched the installation video from this site performed the repairs and the Dryer works like new. Longest part of the repair was vacuuming the cabinet out and cleaning the shafts for the replacement parts. The total repair time, with cleaning was approximately a hour. Definitely recommend this site for any Do-It Yourself consumers!
I followed the video instructions and had no problem changing the parts and even the belt while I was at it. The most challenging part was getting the inside electrical cables unplugged from one another before taking the front panel off the dryer.

some of the new parts could not be used (too difficult to install)
I used the videos on you tube. The installation would have gone much smoother but some of the new parts could not be used due to the extreme difficulty in installing them. I followed the easy video instructions. It took the mystery out of it. Replaced belt, 2 rollers, tension device. Fixed the noise, only one small complaint
My dryer was a Roper RGX3514PQ0 and was making a horrendous noise that sounded like there was a pair of fighting cats while it was running. The maintenance kit did fix the noise and was easy to do. The video on the parts page answered all of my questions. So the good is that for ~50 bucks my dryer sounds as good as new.
My only complaint is that only two of the tri-rings came in the kit, and it clearly shows I should have had 4. Fortunately I was able to make do, but if those tri rings were the problem I would of been screwed.
That being said, the fix was easy and cheap enough to where I would still recommend buying the maintenance kit, but maybe spend the extra 12 bucks to get some extra tri rings and do a thorough job. The tri rings are also easy to bend out of shape while putting on for inexperience do it your selfers, so probably a better idea to have extra anyway.

Yep, they work!
The parts came as ordered, neatly contained in a sealed plastic bag. Quality seemed on par with the parts I was replacing. Shipping was timely (ordered Monday morning, delivered Thursday afternoon). The paper instructions that came with the kit were “eh”, but the video on the website was worth its weight in gold.

Great Kit, Solved my problem!
One of the wheels was wearing away and causing the drum to make a lot of noise when running. I changed all the parts in the kit as a preventative maintenance measure. It was easy once I watched the video. Thanks!
