Dryer Lint Screen Filter

This is a single OEM white lint filter for your dryer, located on the top of the appliance. It prevents lint from getting into the exhaust vent and on your clothes. It is very important to clean the lint filter before each load, and to replace it as soon as it damages. This repair could not be simpler, start by pulling the old lint filter completely out of the housing. Use a lint brush to clean the inside of the housing to remove any built-up lint before installing the new one. Not cleaning this area on a regular basis could shorten the life of your dryer and be a fire hazard. Slide the new filter into place, and the job is complete. This genuine OEM lint filter measures approximately 23-inches, including the attached handle, and is sold individually.
