Dryer was making loud noises.
Basically I did it as shown in the video.

I want to note that there was no blower wheel clamp on the broken blower wheel. This was the third time I have replaced that blower wheel, and lack of a clamp may have contributed to premature failure. Luckily, this time I watched the video before ordering parts so I knew about the cla mp. Don't forget the clamp.,

replaced blower wheel and belt
taking it apart was easy the hard part was removing excess plastic from D shaped hole in wheel. There is so much plastic in center hole that it will not seat on shaft. I had to use a drill and dove tail file to do this project. F.Y.I. this was the second wheel the first i broke when it was half way on the shaft tap lightly my friend.

Hi - I love using FIX and the videos from Steve. I bought this wheel, when my old one broke during the coronavirus lockdown. It's great - except - the hole where the shaft goes is too small. I had to knock into the shaft with a hammer, not ideal, but, it's working.

Blower wheel review
The part arrived on time and looked great. However the hole for the shaft was smaller than the shaft. You can't drill it larger because of the flat area. So you have to try to force it on and end up tapping on a socket fitted over the flange with a hammer. The result of course was the flat backside cracking above and below the center ruining the brand new wheel. Not impressed.
