Dryer stopped cycling
We have a tight fit of the dryer and washer in our little laundry room. Not wanting to move stuff and have to climb over the machine, and back out, and possibly mess up the vent connection, I decided to sit on the machine and use a nut driver/power screwdriver and a hand mirror I borrowed from my wife to do the repair. And that is the onl y reason it took longer than 15 minutes to do the deed. Taking a cue from another DIYSer, I removed the screws holding the unit in place. There was ample wire to allow me to bring the unit over the top of the dryer. I used the needle nose pliers to remove one wire at a time and place those on the new unit. That amounted to two wires. The other 3 wires were part of a idiot proof harness assembly which could only be installed one way, the right way. Reattaching the new unit was done by using the mirror for the first screw, and by feel for the 2nd. It took 45 minutes, but compared to having to pull out the dryer, climb over and climb back over again, and maybe messing up the vent connection, I considered my self a genius.

Timer stopped working on clothes dryer
Took off back panel behind timer(6 screws). Removed timer unit (2 screws). Popped the wires off the old timer and onto the corresponding terminals on the new one. Screwed the timer and back panel back onto the machine. Done. Couldn't have been easier. Everything fit perfectly!
