I removed the front cover, the front drum support frame and then the drum.belt and drum. Next I removed both drum roller assemblies. The drum roller bearings had failed and the drum roller pins were worn undersize. I replaced both roller pins and rollers. Read more e direction sheet which comes with the rollers was helpful in the placement of the fiber washers which is an upgrade from original..The drum, a new belt, front drum support and the front cover were replaced to complete the job. total time 2 hours..
