Upper utensil tray had broken wheel, and would jam when opened/closed
ordered new upper tray rack. click open sliding rail stops (Blue), which pivot out, slide tray forward till stop, then lift. continue sliding forward till last set of wheels hit stop, then lift out. Insert new tray, close stops, and done!

Overheating of dryer caused by plugged vent melted cover guide and filter guide,catching and tearing clothes.
Remove the 4 Phillips head screws , lift filter and cover guide out. Snap new filter and cover guide together,I insert back in dryer and replace screws.
