Squeezing, clothes getting stuck.
This is a stacking washer & dryer. The best advice I read was to remove the door. It made the front panel much easier to remove. Removing the upper and lower felt was very easy. I used a sharp chisel to do this. Clothes clips worked great to hold the felts in place while the glue dried. The glides, yes you need 2 of them, just snapped out

and back in with no problem. I also ended up replacing the drum bearing which was the cause of the squeezing. You will need a second set of hands to hold the bracket on the back side as the screws go on from the inside. I used an extra dab of grease to hold the grounding ball in place when I installed the bearing as well.

glide broke which ripped off the felt. Led to clothes being ruined
I first removed the top of dryer. Then I unscrewed the 2 mounting screws before undoing the front section . I removed the front section then used a cordless drill w/ the stripping wheel to remove all the remaining felt and glue residue. Finally I finished by the steps of the instruction video.

The rear drum bearing back holding bracket fell off and unit is built into wall.
Replacing the rear drum bearing "back of machine bracket" without moving the unit - if it drops off the back. 1. Remove all equipment except for the heating element and housing. 2. Start to remove the bearing cradle and mounting bracket but this is what to do if "you drop the back bracket as I did." 3. After everything is removed from the

center back you will see a slop where the metal cradle mounts just below the screw holes and the center hole. 4. Take a piece of thin but strong thread - as nylon - approx. 2' long and just double it. 5. Push the loop end (open ends toward you) through the center hole so you can see it moving through the slot and use any thin instrument to "fish" the loop end through to yourself. 6. Now make sure you have your new kit parts, nut driver, awl, mounting screws, laid out in front of you for easy access. 7. Take the rear mounting bracket (with the 2 holes in it and center tab) and wrap 2 turns of the loop around the center tab while you still have the ends of the thread through the center hole next to you. You can tie one loop if you want - it just makes it harder to take out later but that is ok. 8. Now you are ready to pull the mounting bracket through the slot up to the center hole. It should be now directly centered. 9. Adjust hole and put one screw loosely in while still holding the bracket in place with the thread (keep tight), then tighten the screw tight. 9. Now you are ready to put the cradle, bearing, front mounting bracket (as per video instructions) in place on the open end where the hole is aligned. 10. Tighten the screw snug but still letting you able to move the bracket toward the screw that was holding the back bracket in place. 11. Loosen that screw into place and if needing adjusted - use the awl and finish aligning and installing. 12. Cut the thread and or unloosen and take out. Everything should now be ready for re installation of all other equipment. Wish you the best.

My dryer sounded like there were sneakers in it!!!
Well first I would like to say thank you so much for the great instructional videos! the only reason I put that it was a bit difficult was because my dryer and washer are built into an area that has a counter top built over the top so it was tough to get to. I followed the instructions on the video and fixed it all by myself. Parts were d
