e and a volt meter I was able to determine the ntc sensors to be the problem. Just a matter of disconnecting two electrical connectors and removing one screw. Reinstall the new parts, reset the upper limit switch replace the panels and plug it in. There are forums on just about every topic you can imagine on the Web and therefore easy to find technical assistance. A few more keystrokes found that this site had what I needed at a great price. I live in a rural area so parts are hard to come by and service calls are quite expensive. Saved a small fortune and the DIY feeling is quite rewarding. Fixed my own heat pump in the same way earlier this summer.

Dryer lights up when knob set, neither spins nor heats when start is pressed.
Removed the kick plate(3 T20 screws under the bottom edge) , top (Two T20 screws back corners), the control panel section (unclips) and the center section (3 T20's, upper corners and center of panel under kickplate), then slid the front up and unhooked enough plugs to get to the sensor and high limit at the bottom of the front. he back cover(lots of T20 screws, two types, don't mix them up.) and replaced the limit and sensor there too. In my case, The multimeter said the only limit that was bad was the front, but no reason not to change them all while here.
