Sourced directly from the manufacturer, this is an OEM approved replacement part for select Jet and Wilton Drill Presses. For full compatibility, please see the "Model Cross Reference List" below. The primary purpose of this part is to aid in adjusting the height of the drill. If your adjusting Wheel/Knob does not retract the spring, the spring may be damaged and should be replaced. It is made of durable metal, is approximately 2.75" in diameter, and is sold individually.
