door would not close
before I got started, I lifted the door up to the close position and it closed. I tried it several different times, and of late it is still working. so I stored the part for future use. Finally, something went right.

door had tobe pushed close very hard by hand
used parts from you , but door still has to be pushed very hard . I am very happy about the parts i bought and the viedo instructions. along with instructions i received, but since the dishwaser is 15 years old ,I will buy a new one when something happens. I still very happy with your products and service
