Old soap dispenser lid was warped, and pin broken off
1.) Remove all old plastic parts, and wash off old detergent deposits and other laundry crap thoroughly in COLD water. (Hot water may permanently warp them, which had happened to my old lid.) 2.) Replace the useable parts. 3.) Embed one pin in the new lid, position the other pin in the lid. 4.) Position the lid into the frame with the one

pin. 5.) Now, with your Vize grip or other angle or needle nosed pliers, squeeze the second pin gently into place, securing the lid. If your second pin is on target and aligned, it will slip right in. If not, DON'T force it, you'll break the lid and spoil the whole wretched mess. 6.) On achieving success, congratulate yourself on your most excellent home repair acumen by cracking open a six pack and inviting your neighbors in to showcase your craftsmanship. 7.) DO NOT do step 6 before step 1, or you may screw the whole thing up.

Detergent dispenser lid broke off.
Found new parts numbers by looking at diagram on your website. Received parts in 2-3 days. Unscrewed broken lid holder from the top of the washer and screwed in the new one in place and then inserted new lid with pins. It was simple and works great.
