Hi. I need to replace the control board and before I do anything, do I need for pull the dishwasher out or can I get the control box off without pulling the whole thing out. I have the bottom kick plate off already.

Hey Paul, thank you for your inquiry. We have researched your model and found that if you want to replace the control board of your dishwasher, you do not need to pull it out. You can access the control panel from the bottom of your dishwasher without pulling the whole dishwasher out. We hope this helps!

My question is my unit won't even light up and I have been shutting the power off to it and wiggling a few wires under the unit and door assembly and when I turn the breaker back on it will light up on the door and we would then be able to run a cycle?

Hello Robert, Thank you for the question. This sounds like the Wire Harness is loose and not plugged in and connected securely. You may need to pull the unit out and tip it back to check the wiring. Follow it up to the Controls to check all connections. We hope this helps!

I have checked all the wiring connections and now when I turn the power off at the breaker and wait then turn it back on the unit will light up and operate for a brief time. It seems like the unit resets when I turn the breaker off? Does this unit have a reset possibly?

Hello Robert, Thank you for the question. The appliance doesn't have a reset button, it would just reset by turning off the power source for a few mins. If you need to reset the power frequently, you may have a defective User Control and Display Board. If you wish to submit a new question with details on the symptoms of the appliance that has caused you to reset the power, we can better trouble shoot the issue with you. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
This started approx. 3 to 4 months ago, noticed that no lights light up on the front door of the dishwasher. I shut the power off to the unit and looked underneath and just started wiggling wires at all the connections, even disconnected some of them and reconnected. Then I turn the power back on and the lights light up on the door and we went ahead and ran a cycle. The next day unloaded the dishwasher and noticed that no lights would light up on the door. Did the same thing as I did before except did not wiggle any wires, restored the power and the lights came on. After a few hours noticed that there was no lights light up on the dishwasher tried hitting the start button and still nothing happened or light up. This is how it all started and not sure on which way to go with this problem now. The unit is not very old and doesn't get used about once a week.

Hello Robert, Thank you for the question. We suggest to check all of the wiring for the controls first. Make sure there is no damage tot he wires and everything is securely plugged in. If the wiring is good, you may have a defective User Control and Display Board. We hope this helps!
