If you have difficult sliding the rack in and out of your dishwasher, or the wheels continue to fall off when the rack is moved, it is time to replace them. This is an easy repair that does not require any tools. Remove the rack from your dishwasher and place on a suitable work surface, then remove the old roller assemblies from the rack. With your new kit, snap the axles into the roller, then snap the complete assembly onto your dishrack. Once all rollers have been attached, the rack can be placed back in your dishwash and should now smoothly roll in and out.
