Old rollers were worn out.
Just need a screwdriver to take the old ones out and put the new ones in. Went like a charm.

Socket set
Rails kept falling off rollers
by simple instructions included in the parts box. Took off the plastic rear ends of rails, slid out rack, removed the old rollers and replaced the new rollers and screws that came with kit. I did this with the socket set that included the star driver that I have. I made myself proud! Thank you
