Does the image truly reflect the item. The switches I have received do not look like the original part.
For model number 2380EGS

Turned power off, Removed knobs, then we removed oven door so could access the infinity switch easier. Remove screws And cover, pulled switch out. It was not very easy. connections had short wires. Took one connection off at a time then put it on the replacement part. Then put the new switch back in tighten down the screws replace the cover the door and turn the power on. And it all worked.
Turned off electrical power to the unit.Pulled cover , took the module where the switch was located. Unpluged the wires from old unit and installed them on the new unit. Simple. Replaced cover and turned on the power and wala!
My cooktop infinity switch shaft had sheared of and would not operate
Took of the exhaust grate, loosened 2 screws and pulled up on the switch unit(with the power off)Removed the knurled nut holding the switch and removed the wires(one at a time)and replaced them on the new switch, put the nut back on,and positioned the top unit back and replaced the two screws.Turned the power back on and tried it.Worked fined.
The front left burner switch failed to make connection
First thing of course is to turn off the power to the stove. After unscrewing the front control panel which is held by four screws, I simply removed the old switch by using some slip point pliers. Since the panel had so many other wires attached, I simply balanced the panel next to my body. Next, I removed and repositioned on the new switch, one by one, each of the five electrical connectors. Next, I mounted the new switch onto the panel, tightening the flat nut with pliers. Then repositioning the panel and fastening the four screws, I was finished. Very easy.
Removed four screws to move control panel. It swings up and exposes the wire installation. Remove faulty switch and remove wires and install the new switch wires like the old ones. It is such an easy repair that anyone can do it. I really mean any one. Doing it yourself will save you an easy hundred dollars. At least. Go for it. Explain exactly what switch is involved when ordering and the rest is easy. Go for it.
