Straight forward project
First step step is to make sure you have disconnected power to your grill. This is 220 power and you don't want to mess with that! You do have to remove most of the screws that hold down the top of the grill. It also gave me the motivation to give my grill a full cleaning! Somewhat messy, but overdo. out burner but was careful to see where each was connected and attached the new burner to the same terminals. Getting all the screws back in was a slow process as I had to raise the bed up to the screw holes. Took me 2 hrs.

Element was broken due to use
Removed cover and pan screws, disconnected old element reconnected new element. reinstalled pan and cover.
