This part comes directly from Krups. This Seal is used in many models of Krups blenders. The Seal is made of a soft rubber like material. This part creates a seal between the blades and the Blender Bowl (part number MS-0616003). The Seal should be replaced if it has torn, cracked, become hard, or no longer holds a seal. No tools are needed to replace this part.
