How do I remove the clutch assembly from the motor?
For model number TB146EC
Fix.com logo
Hi Karl, thank you for the question. In order to remove the clutch assembly from the motor, you need to follow the following steps: 1) Unthread the screws securing the clutch cover assembly. 2) Now to remove the clutch drum, you need to remove the spark plug. 3) After removing the spark plug, insert some rope into the cylinder so the piston won't rotate. 4) Now you can easily remove the clutch drum and have access to the clutch assembly. We hope that helps!
