If your parcel is eligible for kiosk pick up, your pick up email will specify this, and will feature a square QR code that will look like this:
- Your 24/7 outdoor pick up locker/kiosk is located at 85 W. 2100 S. Salt Lake City, Utah, 84115. Parking is available in the vicinity of the kiosk. This kiosk is unstaffed, but it is secure, and contains your part(s) ready for pick up!
- Bring a copy of your QR code, located in your "Ready for Pick Up" email. You can take a screenshot, use the original email on your phone or device, or print the email and QR code.
- Scan your QR code at the parcel locker outside of our store. The relevant locker door will open automatically.
- Retrieve your part(s) from the opened locker at the kiosk. Make sure you inspect the locker closely to ensure you have retrieved all parts and there is nothing left.
- Please close the locker door after retrieving your part(s).
- Call our friendly customer service team at 801-783-4875 for assistance in using the locker to retrieve your part(s).
