Fix Midvale Kiosk FAQ

I have received an email notifying me that my order is ready for kiosk pick up, what do I do next?
  • If your parcel is eligible for kiosk pick up, your pick up email will specify this, and will feature a square QR code that will look like this:

  • Your 24/7 outdoor pick up locker/kiosk is located outside of the Fix.com storefront at 7036 High Tech Dr, Midvale, UT 84047. Parking is available near the kiosk.
  • Bring a copy of your QR code, located in your "Ready for Pick Up" email. You can take a screenshot, use the original email on your phone or device, or print the email and QR code.
  • Scan your QR code at the parcel locker outside of our store. The relevant locker door will open automatically.
  • Retrieve your part(s) from the opened locker at the kiosk. Make sure you inspect the locker closely to ensure you have retrieved all parts and there is nothing left.
  • Please close the locker door after retrieving your part(s).
I am having trouble using the locker to retrieve my part(s), how can I get help?
  • If you are collecting your part during our store’s open hours, please go to the front desk for assistance in using the locker.
  • If you are collecting your part from our outdoor locker outside of business hours, call our friendly customer service team at 801-783-4875 for assistance in the locker retrieval process.
I have received an email notifying me that my order is ready for pick up at the store counter, what do I do next?
  • Bring a copy of your "Ready for Pick Up" email to the Fix.com store (7036 High Tech Dr, Midvale, UT 84047). You can use the original email, a screenshot of the email on your device, or a paper printout of your email.
  • Please check our store hours prior to arrival.
