Do you want to be part of a small, agile team on the cutting edge of online marketing without ever leaving HRM! Fix.com is growing and we are looking for a talented Social media coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts. If you are a tech-savvy professional with an interest in communicating with clients through online channels, we would like to meet you.

As our Social media coordinator, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.

As the Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible to:
  • Create social media advertising campaigns and reporting out results
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Create high quality and engaging social media ads focused on our lifestyle content and product offering
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Manage and grow our online communities across all platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest
  • Create and maintain relationships with social influencers online
  • Use social media analytics to quantify and qualify effectiveness of our campaigns
  • Collaborate and support our marketing and advertising teams and their activities
The skills and attributes required in this position include:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience running social media ads across multiple platforms
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong online research skills
  • Experience with excel
  • Social networking experience
  • Social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of web design, CRP & SEO
  • Must be able to work in Canada

This is a full-time, in-person position (not telecommuting) working out of our Dartmouth office location. Standardized testing may be conducted as part of the screening process.
