Fix.com wants to promote a friendly and positive social media experience for our community members. In order to maintain a safe environment on the
platforms YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter, we will do our best to monitor and ensure all posted content and comments are appropriate.
While we’re excited to hear from you and encourage comments, critiques, questions, suggestions, conversation and other interaction, it’s important
to note that postings from you or other users to the Fix.com social media channels are not representative of the opinions of Fix.com or
Eldis Group Partnership, nor do we assume responsibility or confirm their accuracy.
As part of our commitment to you, we’ll try our best to make sure that posts on our social media channels are in line with our company values.
We respond to most comments and posts and allow appropriate photos or videos that follow our social media policy to be posted to our pages and accounts.
However, because we unfortunately can’t monitor every post, comment, or conversation, Eldis Group Partnership expects that users will not
post content that falls into the following categories:
- Abusive, defamatory, or obscene language and content.
- Personal attacks, like insults, threats, or harassment of any kind, against individuals or specific groups.
- Promoting, fostering or perpetuating discrimination based on race, creed, color, age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, marital status,
status regarding public assistance, national origin, physical or mental disability, or any other form of discrimination,
at the discretion of Eldis Group Partnership.
- Sexual content or links to sexual content.
- Conducting or encouraging illegal or harmful activity.
- Content in violation of any intellectual property right of another.
- Commercial solicitations or solicitation of donations.
- Uploading files or links that contain programs that could damage the operation of other people’s computers.
- Content determined to be inappropriate, in poor taste, or otherwise contrary to the purposes of this platform
(spam, political announcements, irrelevant content), at the discretion of Eldis Group Partnership.
Please understand that we reserve the right to delete and/or hide posts and comments for any reason we deem appropriate. Users posting
comments or other content that falls into any of the above categories multiple times will be removed, banned and/or reported to
authorities in charge. These actions are subject to our own discretion.
By using or accessing the official Fix.com social media channels, you agree to comply with the respective platform’s terms and conditions.
