Does this remote have a replacement
For model number 99600
Hello Jane, Thank you for the question. According to the Website Availability, this is a Special Order part. This means we do not keep them in stock and order them in from Hunter once we have an order for one. As long as Hunter has stock ready to ship, this takes about 10-15 Business Days for the part to arrive at the Warehouse and approximately 3-7 business days to ship out and arrive to you. My remote quit working. Do I need to replace it?

Thank you for your question. If the remote is not working, it may need a replacement battery. It requires a CR2032 battery. If that does not help, then you will need to replace it. My original hunter remote for a ceiling fan takes a cylindrical battery, shaped like an Energizer E90 battery, but a bit smaller. On line searches indicate that part #99600 requires a CR2032 which is a round, flat battery that will not fit into a cylindrical slot. Please help.

Messed up !
